After every 2 Normal Attacks, Isis's next attack becomes an Omniscient Arrow, which deals DMG equal to 160% of ATK plus bonus DMG equal to 10% of the target's max HP (up to 300% of her ATK).
Isis channels her power and briefly enters the [Omniscient] state. Her ATK SPD is increased by 100% and her attack range becomes infinite, but she loses 45 Energy every 0.2s when she is in the state.
When no enemies are within 3 meters of Isis, her ATK is increased by 30%. She loses this bonus when an enemy is within 3 meters of her.
For every 5 Ultimates cast by allies, Isis gains 20% increased ATK SPD, stacking up to 4 times.
Reduces the trigger count required for True Name Invocation to 3. Its stacks grant Isis additional effects: Each stack increases Isis's Hit Rate by 20%.
