Fengyi swings her sleeves, firing a tornado at the nearest target and dealing DMG equal to 200% of ATK to all enemies in a straight line.
Fengyi gains 2 whirlwinds upon entering battle. Each whirlwind grants Fengyi 15% ATK.
The first time an enemy Deity's HP drops below 80%, Fengyi deals DMG equal to 150% of ATK to that Deity and gains a whirlwind. Fengyi can have a maximum of 4 whirlwinds at once.
Releases Great Rising Gale to create 1 whirlwind.
